No more unnecessary call charges. Your 03 dial-in number is included in the caller's free/bundled minutes, and that goes for all UK mobile and landline networks. If no inclusive minutes/calls are available, callers are charged their standard network rate.

Depending on which plan you choose, you'll be able to add 1, 4 or 8 individual conference rooms to your account. You can also add Organisers to your conferencing account. Organisers are automatically assigned one of your conference rooms and are sent an email to log in and schedule calls/change their conference room settings.

Specify a time, date, recurrence and participants and WHYPAY? will send your conference invitation for you. Conference invitations contain lots of useful information such as how to dial-in from abroad. Participants can add scheduled conferences to their calendar software using the calendar event attached to the email.

Turn on call recording for your conference room and audio files for each conference will be saved to your online account. Recordings must be downloaded securely within 14 days of the conference finishing. Conference organisers can specify which participants are sent access to recordings after each call.

Moderator PINs
Moderators dial in by entering the Moderator PIN when they join the conference. This allows them to control the conference using telephone keypad controls. Conference oganisers can specify who receives the Moderator PIN when scheduling a call.

Moderator required
When this option is enabled the conference call won't start until a Moderator has dialled in (using the Moderator PIN). Guests will not be able to interact with each other and will hear waiting music until the conference starts.

Telephone keypad controls
These controls allow participants to execute commands during the conference call, using their telephone keypad. Commands allow you to mute your telephone line and Moderators can mute their Guests, hear how many participants there are, lock the conference room, or remove their Guests from the conference room.

Advanced muting modes
Really useful for larger calls or presentation style conferences. Muting modes control whether conference Guests are muted when they join, and whether they can unmute themselves (for example, to ask a question).

Participants can be requested to announce their names
When participants dial in to the call, they will be asked to record their name before being placed into the conference. Participant names are then announced to other callers when they join/leave the call.

Join/leave notification sounds can be disabled
This prevents any audio from being played when participants join/leave the call. Ideal for when you don’t want your conference to be disturbed.

A dedicated 03 number specifically for your organisation and a dedicated 01 number for international callers.

No WHYPAY? branding
All promotional content and references to “WHYPAY?” when dialling into a conference call are removed. Participants simply hear “Welcome to your conference call” when they dial in.

Upload a custom welcome greeting
Replace the default greeting 'Welcome to WHYPAY?...' by uploading an audio file of your choice.
